About Carolyn

Hello there! I’m Carolyn Chen. I’m a lover of Jesus, wife to Eden, and mama to 2 kids residing in Los Angeles, CA. Since I was young, I have been profoundly shaped by the power of words. I was always a bookworm, and after I became a Christian, the Word and the words of others had a powerful impact on my life. I began this journey of lettering back in 2016, realizing that I could draw more attention to Scripture if I wrote it in a lovely way, and the practice deepened my own meditation on it. In 2020, I decided to start an Instagram account called Reminders of Grace to create the reminders that I longed to have in my own life - reminders to look at and lean on the grace of Jesus. I hope that these reminders can bless you, your home, and the lives of those you touch.
